Alise Morales is a comedy writer, performer, voice actress, and podcaster. She is currently the co-host of the Go Touch Grass Podcast, which has been featured as one of Apple Podcast’s “New and Noteworthy” section and was named as one of Lifehacker’s best new podcasts of 2024. Alise got her start in comedy in 2012 when she was a featured standup in MTVU's College Quickies series. In 2015 her video sketch trio Horrible Insane Girl premiered on IFC's Comedy Crib as one of its inaugural sketch series. In 2016, Alise was one of the winners of the NBC/UCB Diversity Scholarship Showcase, and her series Triffany & Briffney was an official comedy selection for 2016's New York TV Fest. Alise also performed on UCB's Lloyd Night from 2015-2018. Alise has appeared on Hulu's Difficult People, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and Awkafina is Nora From Queens. She voiced Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez on Showtime’s Our Cartoon President, Lila Moreno on seasons 1 and 2 of Stephen Colbert’s Tooning Out the News, and co-starred as Linda on Wondery’s scripted podcast “This Job is History” alongside SNL’s Chris Parnell. She also appeared as Village Voice secretary Isobel in two episodes of The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel season 4. In 2022 Alise was selected as part of a group of 12 exciting up-and-coming actors and comedians for the 2023 CBS Showcase. She currently performs monthly at the UCB theater in New York with her character team Big Noon.
