Angela Alise

Angela Alise is a performer, writer and producer born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri. She has a BA in Theatre and Sociology from Loyola University Chicago. While living in Chicago, along with acting she studied comedy and sketch writing, working for prestigious companies like The Goodman Theatre and The Second City. She was a 2018 NBC Universal Bob Curry Fellow, and co-wrote sketch material found in nationally touring shows like Black Side of the Moon, and Felonius Munk’s Nothing to Lose But Our Chains. She has self produced her own music video "Doppelganger", available on all streaming platforms. Angela also found her love for producing in the Windy City, and she successfully served as the Artistic Director of The Prologue Theatre for 5 seasons. After moving to LA she continued this path, working on award winning short films. Then for 3.5 years she was the lead producer/operations coordinator at 9B Collective, the first Black-Owned Concept Art Studio. A working television actor, she can be found in Perry Mason and South Side both on HBO Max. She has appeared in commercials for Helzberg Diamonds, Method, Kidde, Kmart and Kamala Harris' VP Campaign. She has also done voice spots for various clients, including the AFL-CIO, Redbox, Lurie Children's Hospital and ORS. Angela is a proud member of SAG-AFTRA and the Actors' Equity Association.
