Brent Huff

Brent is a veteran actor who is currently playing the role of Smitty on the hit ABC television show The Rookie. Smitty is a lazy but hilarious cop who does just enough work to stay eligible for his pension. Previously Brent had a recurring role on Shameless. Brent has also appeared in such shows as Mad Men, NCIS and The West Wing. Brent has enjoyed an expansive career as a voice actor. He is known for his low, gravelly-baritone voice. Brent has been the spokesperson for Jack Daniels, E Entertainment, Raytheon and Arby’s, to name a few. Brent is also an award-winning director, having directed over 20 films in all genres, including documentaries. Brent's film, Chasing Beauty, was the number one documentary on Apple TV for three weeks.
