Ishmel Sahid

Ishmel is a founder and member of the Upright Citizen's Brigade troupe White Women, comprised of six African American men. With his group and separately Ishmel is known for his witty comedy and impeccable timing. Sahid has written on staff for Funny or Die and worked with Disney & Marvel on their animated project MOON GIRL AND DEVIL DINOSAUR. Ishmel and White Women have developed pilots with FX and Comedy Central. On screen, he played the lead role in Nickelodeon's series COUSINS FOR LIFE and has previously appeared in THE MINDY PROJECT, MARON, DRUNK HISTORY, and recurred in the drama KINGDOM. Ishmel is an alumni of the CBS Diversity Showcase.
