Patricia Scanlon

Patricia Scanlon received acclaim for her unique portrayal of the union rep, Paula Pepperell on HBO's GETTING ON, followed by the eccentric JOY on FX's BETTER THINGS. Patricia has voiced the animated series HILDY HILDY which started as a staged episodic and presented as a play by LILY TOMLIN. Hildy's voice has often been compared to that of the late actress Hermoine Gingold. Her vocal range goes from deep throaty to mellifluous, airy and young, enabling Scanlon to embody a number of unique, as well as everyday characters. Scanlon has recently been cast in a film, SHELTER IN SOLITUDE, filming in October.
