Reagan To is known for the English voice of the “Red Light, Green Light” doll on Netflix’s Squid Game, the voice of young Ember in Pixar Elemental, the voice of Hannah in Win or Lose Pixar. She an SAG-AFTRA actress, voiceover artist, and Latin and Ballroom dance champion. Based in Los Angeles, she began acting in television when she was age 5. She has performed in films and TV shows. Across her appearances, Reagan has starred in many ad campaigns such as Lenovo, Nike, CitiBank, Census, Forever 21, Edelman Financial etc. Reagan’s voice has been recognized in a diverse spectrum of media. Reagan loves studying with top VO and acting coaches to explore new voice roles. In addition to the Netflix Squid Game, she involved with over 30 voiceover projects last years and she is excited to be featured soon in a major animation series with Pixar Studios. A world dance champion, Reagan is also a professional dancer in Latin and Ballroom dance. She is the finalist in both the USA and the prestigious UK Blackpool Latin Championships, and is the first American solo dancer to be sponsored by major dance fashion houses.
